As Christmas passes and the New Year is coming, it’s time for the Winter anime lineup!
The story is set in the early 21st century as a sequel to another NisiOisin story, Bakemonogatari, and it centers around the “Fire Sisters” Tsukihi and Karen Araragi.
I’ve been looking forward to this ever since I knew that there was more to Bakemonogatari- and the Fire Sisters get more screentime, and the main characters are back! The main website has just started to stream the 2nd trailer with a longer preview of ClariS’ latest song, Naisho no Hanashi.
Papa no Iukoto o Kikinasai!
Segawa had just gotten into college and settled into his first semester with new friends, but the plane that his older sister and her husband were riding went missing. As a result, Segawa has to watch over the middle school girl Sora, the fifth-grader Miu, and the kindergartener Hina in his tiny 3-meter-by-4-meter (9-foot-by-12-foot) apartment.
After hearing about this anime, I thought it was quite interesting so I started to read a bit of the spinoff manga and it was quite good. This is probably going to be a really good anime if they don’t have too much fanservice (yes, too much fanservice is bad) and would go on to ‘heartwarming’.
26 years ago, in a third-year classroom of a middle school, there was a student named Misaki. As an honors student who was also good at sports, the charming girl was popular with her classmates. When she suddenly died, her classmates decided to carry on as if she was still alive until graduation. Then, in the spring of 1998, a boy named Kōichi Sakakibara transfers to that classroom, and he grows suspicious of the fearful atmosphere in that classroom. In particular, there is a beautiful, aloof girl named Misaki Mei who wears an eyepatch and is always alone drawing pictures.
Itou Noizi x PA Works = instant watch. The ‘mystery horror’ part of it just intrigues me even more- it’s been a while since I’ve watched that genre (Higurashi & Ookami Kakushi), and a lot of people have been hyped up over this.
Inu x Boku SS
The Shirakiin house’s daughter, Shirakiin Riricho, who has a complex about being unable to live independently and unprotected, feels the need to move out and live on her own under the condition of residing in the mansion named “Ayakashi Kan.” In this mansion, only those who have cleared a very strict examination could reside in it, and for each resident, they are accompanied with one agent of the Secret Service (S.S.). Although Riricho has rejected the company of the S.S., while residing in the mansion she finds out that the agent dedicated to protecting her is actually the Fox Spirit whom she previously rescued.
I just put this on my watchlist because of Riricho (the girl). Well the story also sounds interesting (and HanaKana’s in it).
Ano Natsu de Matteru
There’s really not much information on this, apart from that it’s going to be a romantic comedy from the makers of Onegai are getting back together to make this. Plot = interesting, cast = looking good
